WHAT IS IT ALL ABOUT
- It is a short film contest.
- The short film should not exceed 20 minutes including titles.
- The short film can be in any of the Karnataka Regional language. ( Kannada, Tulu, Konkani, Kodava, Banjara, Beary, Are, Sankethi etc.,)
- The short film should have subtitles in English.
- The contest will be content driven.
- The contest will have one winner, one runner up and one second runner up.
- Runner up and second runner up will get trophies and certificate .
- Winner gets Trophy, Certificate & to make a Kannada Movie with budget allocated by prominent Banners.

- One day workshop on Film Making from the pioneers in relevant field.
- Pre Production, Production & Post Production.
- Budgeting.
- Scheduling.
- Licensing ( Banner Registration, Title Registration, shooting Permission, censor, subsidy).
- Marketing & Advertisements
- Theatrical Release
- Digital Platforms ( OTT or YouTube ) Release.
CONTESTANTS KITTY
- Screening of the film @ Theater.
- One Day Workshop from Pioneers of the film industry.
- Stationary for the work shop.
- Participation Certificates of Recommendation.
HOW TO GO ABOUT IT
- Application can be obtained at the Head Office of Ticket to SandalwooD.
- Application fees of 500 Rupees.
- Contest Admission fees of 4499 Rupees to be paid during submission of the film.
- Film should be in J2k & Mp4 both Formats along with trailer, poster and standee.
- Collect stationary from office after submission,
- Contest entry starts Sep 18th 2024.
- Last date of entry Nov 30th 2024
- All the films will be screened from 14th Dec to 21st Dec
- Workshop on 5th Jan 2025
- Ticketing Ceremony on 17th Jan 2025
